Restaurant Can Quel in Foixà

Our house wine is red or rose from Empordà, which we server from the barrel (13.5% Vol). Every September, we also ferment local grape juice at home. At the end of October, we serve the first barrel of the new rose, which is usually all gone by the New Year.

We also offer a varied selection of local wines as well as some worthy other options. For the last few years, we have also been able to offer “cava”, a “brut nature”, which spends two and a half years in the cellar.
